"Look. Father! I'm OK ― I'm not dead."
(Friedrich, 2011, p.17)
William Tell is a hero of Switzerland. In
1300s, Switzerland was governed by Austrian, and Swiss life was painful and
unhappy. Then, a man fighted with his son. After, Switzerland independent
from Austrian by him. The man is William Tell.
He opposed Austrian, and he was caught.
He was said that they release him if he can
shoot the apple that was placed on the head of his son.
The words are by his son before Tell shoot
the apple on his head. His son believed him, and he succeeded!
I love William Tell Overture. I understood
this overture from this story for the first time.
