On October 18, I cooked nabe. The taste was tomato and cheese. The recipe was so easy. I only poured hall tomato, tomato juice, and water, then put consomme, cutted carrot, onion, potato, two kind of mushroom, cabbage, pork, sausage, and cheese. At last, I only put on the lid and boil for a meantimes. The point is not to use Japanese or Chinese ingredients like Chinese cabbage, or green onion, but Western ingredients.
