Diet

On October 10, I started to diet with my senior! The rule is so simple. We only sent each other the menus we eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We must not  never eat snack. We only can eat gum or umeboshi for snack, so I have some kind of menus for meals. Furthermore, we preferably walk. On this morning, I was surprised at my weight, because the weight was heavist in my life. I will never give up and fight!
